About Victor Guérard
Career
Victor Guérard’s practice focuses on maritime, insurance, and transport law, with specific expertise in maritime criminal law and seafarers’ labor law.
Educated in private international law and international trade at Panthéon-Assas and Sorbonne Universities, as well as in the United Kingdom, he was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2017. He practiced for three years at the Paris office of Stream (formerly Ince & Co), where he handled French and international litigation and arbitration in maritime law, transport law (road, rail, and air), insurance law, and industrial risks.
Victor joined the Marseille office of Tarin Lemarié in October 2020 and became a partner in 2026.
